Rob Richardson
Chairman & CEO
Rob is the Chairman & CEO of Avram Worldwide. Prior to Avram Worldwide, Rob successfully founded and sold MegaSys Logistics, a third-party logistics company. Megasys reached $120M in sales prior to its acquisition. Rob then joined Welbourne Companies, a commercial real estate development and services firm, as Principal in 2005. Rob is a board member of a local community bank, a member of the Saints Francis and Clare Roman Catholic Church Parish Council and school commission, a board member for the Catholic Community Foundation for the Archdiocese of Indianapolis and the Roncalli High School’s strategic planning committee.
David Plew
President
David is a Senior Logistics and Supply Chain Professional with a successful track record in marketing, selling and managing business process outsourcing (BPO) services to corporate level management at companies in a broad range of industries. Recognized as an effective result-oriented team player with a proven history of delivering bottom-line results and long-term client value. Prior to Avram Worldwide, David served as VP of Business Development for MBX Logistics. David has also served as Senior Director of Operations for YRC Logistics and EVP of Marketing & Sales for MegaSys. David earned his Bachelor's of Science Degree from the Indiana University School of Business.
Brighton Dube
Managing Director of International Projects
Brighton is a Managing Director of International Projects. In this capacity, he is responsible for identifying, analyzing, performing due diligence and recommending a strategic growth plan for Avram. Brighton is also involved with investor relations and is charged with identifying opportunities that lead to the expansion of the company worldwide. Brighton previously worked in Accounting and Finance for various companies, including URS Corporation in San Francisco, CA and Bright House Networks in Indianapolis, IN. Brighton received his first degree in Business from the University of Fort Hare in South Africa and a second bachelor's degree in Business with a minor in Economics from Eastern Oregon University.
Tom Murray
Chief Operating Officer
Tom is the Chief Operating Officer for Avram Worldwide. Prior to Avram Worldwide, Tom served as COO Contract Logistics for Hiner Transport. Tom was one of the key management executives with YRC Logistics, MeridianIQ and MegaSys. Prior to MegaSys, Tom served in managerial capacities with UPS for 15 years.
Tony Iacobucci
Chief Financial Officer
As one of the Partners of Avram Worldwide, Tony Iacobucci serves as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. As CFO, Tony oversees all accounting and finance duties. Tony joined the Company in 2009 prior to which, Tony served as Chief Financial Officer of Welbourne Companies, a real estate management and development company. Tony has also held financial management positions at Meridian IQ, a third party logistics provider, and several retail chains including Galyans and Federated Department Stores. During Tony’s career, he has specialized in process improvement and control initiatives that have saved significant dollars to the companies he has been employed. Tony holds a Bachelors of Science Degree majoring in Accounting from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Pat Mynsberge
Vice President Special Services
Pat earned his Bachelor's of Science Degree in business from Indiana State University, Terre Haute, IN in 1977. Upon graduation, Pat embarked on a 32 year career with Roadway Express. Pat started in the Management Training Program of Roadway Express in 1977 in Marion, IN and soon moved into sales in Anderson , IN. Over the next four years Pat was recognized for his efforts and results and was awarded with the responsibility of opening and managing a new Roadway Terminal in Lebanon, IN. In 1988, Pat opened the first Corporate Account Office for Roadway Express in Indianapolis, IN, where he was responsible for sales and support of the largest Roadway accounts throughout Indiana, Kentucky and central Illinois.
John Swanson
Business Development Executive
John Swanson graduated from Lindenwood University in 1994 with a BA in Marketing. He has been in the transportation and logistics fields for almost 15 years. He started his career in operations for Ryder Logistics for Chrysler in Fenton, MO. John had a very successful tenure with Averitt Express in which he was a top performing Account Executive for over 6 years. His next 4 years he spent with Yellow Transportation / YRC in which he finished his tenure as the Sales Manager for their Household Goods division for the Midwest.
